This is a very exciting time but can be equally worrying if you don’t know what to do next.

If you are a first time buyer or you have moved a thousand times, we are here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

The first thing you will need to do is register with local agents. It is best to provide as much information as possible as this will help an agent find the right properties that fit your requirements, and hopefully your dream home. We recommend following our social media pages, as we offer early access to our future listings. You can organise a viewing via these pages or request more information. There are also useful advice posts, for example, ‘how to make an offer’.

If you are not ready to find a property at this moment in time, not to worry. Most buyers tentatively look around before they start to physically view properties, so if you are just hoping for some advice on prices or the area, just get in touch.

The two things that run alongside purchasing a property are conveyancing and mortgages. You may have already sorted both before you start your search, which is great, but if you need any help or just want a comparison, we are able to point you in the right direction. Never feel forced to use any services by an estate agent but it is always worth hearing what they have to say.

Once you have agreed to purchase a home via us, we set up a WhatsApp group which helps provide excellent communicators throughout the entire transaction and are here to assist with any questions.
